    nope … 1 dollar/1oz =)
    it’s about 31,2g / 40,6mm wide / but still 2,9mm thick !

  2. Irishsilverstack says:

hey hum thats strange mine is the 4mm, i have found no kook on the net thats at the particular thickness. but im not 100%. Could it be half oz?

  3. mak kanolo says:

I was wondering … I often read that the 1oz silver kookaburra coin is 4mm thick, but mine is only 2,8 or 2.9mm thick. Is there something wrong with it ?

Beautiful round. Glad I made my order.

Price is taking a hammering, now’s a good time to buy actually, and I’ve found that 10 oz Kook’s carry near spot mark ups and don’t have the collective premiums of 10 separate oz’s, even less for Kilos… Either ways thanks for the reply cheers!

  6. Irishsilverstack says:

Hey, i just got the one, to high of a premium. I try not to buy over an ounce for one piece, unless its bars, just incase the price goes sky high easier to get rid of smaller sizes. Thanks for the comment.

very classy review, you have the 10 oz or Kilo? how many of these 2013 1oz Kookaburras do you have?

    The new production is great.
High def images, music, facts/stats, plus the black backdrop, and white cotton gloves really add to the quality of the presentation.

Yeah, for some reason a few of the privys released in europe wouldnt be much more expensive then the regular coin. Ive seen the Canadian maple leaf snake privy, ohh piece of art, but not available in Europe.
